The Luke award will be presented to the best clinical or basic research paper presented at the annual meeting. The originality, science and quality of the presentation will be considered in reaching a decision. It has a $500 cash award.

The Cook Research Award is presented to any member of the Canadian Society for Vascular Surgery (CSVS) for any deserving project in clinical or basic science research pertaining to Endovascular Surgical therapeutic strategies. The Award will be $5,000. The winner is determined by the research committee. The winner must present his/her project at this year’s research forum at the annual meeting and provide an update at the subsequent meeting.
